Shipping time

Orders that arrive before 3pm will be shipped the same day if possible. Since our logistics are handled by the sales staff, it can happen that we are so busy with customers that we do not get to them in time and we thank you for your understanding.

Shipping method

We ship by post, and normal shipping is free for orders over 50 CHF.

If you are in a hurry, you can choose Priority shipping for a flat rate of 7 CHF (also free for orders over 200 CHF).

Please note that Swiss Post does not provide tracking for these shipping methods.
After shipping, the item becomes the property of the customer. It is rejected by the sender any liability for loss or damage by the transport company (Post).
