Where can I register?

You can register easily at the top right of the screen by clicking on "My account" and then on "Register". Another option is to register directly in the shopping cart when you want to place an order.

Do I have to register to place an order?

No, if you don't want to register, you can simply select the button "Don't create an account" in the shopping cart after clicking on "Proceed to checkout" and then click on "Continue". We will then only use your data for the current order and will not store it with us.

However, if you register, you will not have to enter your data for the next purchase and you will benefit from your previous order overview.

You have forgotten your password?

It's very easy - click on "My account" at the top right of the screen and then on "Forgotten password". Now you can enter the email address you originally registered with. We will then send you a new, randomly generated password to your email address. You should then change this password in your account as soon as possible.

How can I change the data I entered?

You can easily change your data, such as delivery address, billing address, e-mail, etc. under "My account" after you have logged in.
