What is a pod?

A pod is a cartridge that is used with a pod system (a form of e-cigarette). It contains the liquid that is to be vaporized and a system for optimal distribution of the liquid through heating.
There are pods for single use, which must be disposed of after vaporizing empty, and pods that can be refilled.

The single-use pod

This one is incredibly easy to use: You unpack it, plug it into the appropriate device, and you're already steaming away. No siffening, easy transport and some selection of great pre-filled liquids speak for these pods. Nicotine salt is often used here, which ensures that the vapor experience is as close as possible to smoking a cigarette.

The refillable pod

This solution is also very easy to handle, but still requires an intermediate step, you unpack the pod, fill it with a liquid of your choice and then put it in the device to steam away cheerfully. These pods have the advantage that you can choose your own favorite liquid. After a few refills, however, it must be disposed of, as the vapor performance decreases and the flavor of the liquid can be changed.
