How do I vape properly?

Take slow and steady puffs in the duration of 3-4 seconds.

Allow the vapor to enter your mouth and do not draw it into your lungs.

Do not pull too hard on the mouthpiece.

The slow draw allows for optimal vaporization of the liquid and leads to a great taste experience

How do I care for my e-cigarette properly?

Before the first use, wet the wick of the vaporizer unit with a little liquid.

Now fill the tank with the liquid and then pull the e-cigarette calmly a few times.

After every second tank filling (or when the vapor output reduces) unscrew the vaporizer and clean it finely with a fine cloth.

Blow gently into the vaporizer on the threaded side and pick up the liquid escaping on the other side with the cloth.

Wipe the tank depot as well.

If this kind of cleaning is not enough, a water cleaning can be done by emptying the tank and rinsing it with water, then leaving some water in it and steaming it.

It is also possible to soak the vaporizer in hot water for 2-3 hours.

After cleaning, the vaporizer wick should dry out completely before you wet it again with little liquid.

How do I change liquids?

Minimal residues of the liquids always remain in the wick of the vaporizer.

If a different flavor is now used in the tank, the leads to a mixed taste during the first few puffs.

To keep this as low as possible, rinse out the tank when changing flavors and it is best to also use separate vaporizers for different flavors.

What to do if liquid leaks?

If liquid leaks (is also called "siffening"), this is usually due to an operating error.

Please check first if your tank depot is not defective (e.g. caused by falling on the floor).

If the tank depot is frequently plugged in and out of the vaporizer, some liquid will be pumped into the vaporizer and will leak out. A good cleaning with a fine cloth will solve the problem.

The battery no longer charges

First plug in the USB charging cable and only then screw the battery into the connection.

Now the battery should charge correctly and the charging process should show a red light or a green light after charging is completed. If the battery no longer charges properly, it has exceeded its service life and must be replaced.

How do I clean the vaporizer?

If you have strong lungs, this is usually already a success. Blow through from the threaded side (who has compressed air available - all the better).

Please do not forget to remove the mouthpiece, the tank, the battery and the liquid beforehand, but this applies to all types of cleaning.

The stronger cleaning is done with hot water. For this, of course, the battery is also separated from the e-cigarette and the pure vaporizer without tank or liquid comes into a container in which hot water is filled. The vaporizer is now left in the water for about 20 minutes and poured some boiling water if necessary. It is recommended to move the vaporizer for about 2-3 minutes in the cup with the help of a spoon. After that, it goes back to blowing out as described above.

Afterwards, please let the vaporizer dry for a few hours before refilling it with liquid.

How do I refill liquid?

To refill, the empty liquid depot is removed from the electric cigarette, refilled with the liquid bottle (better here with a syringe plus cannula) and then reinserted.

Please do not fill the containers to the top edge, but leave a few millimeters of space.

These liquid depots should be discarded after repeated use to avoid increased bacterial growth.

It is even simpler to fill up a clearomizer where the drip tip (the mouthpiece) can simply be unscrewed. Here, the liquid is poured into the upper usually very generous opening. Here, too, a few millimeters of "air" should be left.

It is always advantageous to remove the battery before filling. This could be soiled by possibly leaking liquid or in the case of a battery carrier also damaged.

After filling, electronic cigarettes should "rest" for a while so that the liquid can run into the vaporizer. This applies especially to electronic cigarettes with vaporizers in which a wick is used. Here it takes some time until the wick has absorbed the liquid and transported to the heating coil.

An e-cigarette should never be vaporized "dry". Here it can happen that the heating coil and / or the wick begins to coke, which is reflected extremely negatively in the taste and can also damage the device.

In order not to falsify the taste of the individual varieties, should be resorted to more than one vaporizer or depot or the vaporizer and the depot / tank should be thoroughly cleaned before using another flavor.

How do I make my battery fit?

Without a battery, e-vaping does not work, and it is important to keep the battery fit.

If you take care of it and use it properly, its life will be extended and the charging time will be reduced, so nothing will stand in the way of enjoyable steaming.

The modern batteries are made of lithium-ion, which no longer have the former memory effect.

With this it was so that you had to completely discharge the battery before you could recharge it. If you didn't do this, you had to expect a lower performance.

But modern batteries work differently. If you discharge them completely, a deep discharge takes place, which can cause copper bridges in the battery, which can lead to short circuits and thus destroy the battery.

Frequent charging is therefore recommended. By the way, it is not the number of charges that affects the life of the battery, but how far the battery has been discharged before charging (ideally, the battery should be recharged at 15%).

When charging for the first time, it is also completely sufficient to stay connected to the mains until the charging indicator shows full; a longer charging time is of no use at all.

The longest life of a battery is achieved when it is used between 30% and 70%, i.e. at 30% (but at the latest at 15%) it is connected to the mains and at 70% (or more) it is placed on the e-cigarette.

If you do not use your e-cigarette for a longer period of time, it is recommended to unscrew the battery to prevent deep discharge.

Batteries should not fall to the ground, but that is actually clear.

From time to time it makes sense to clean the contacts of the battery with a little alcohol or just wipe them clean (e.g. if liquid has dripped on them).
